At Letrify, we recognize that the protection ofindividuals' personal and sensitive data is a fundamental human right. To thereasonable extent possible, we are committed to operating in full compliancewith the data protection and privacy regulations.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") isadopted by Letrify, established and operated under the company MESOLINFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C (referred to as "the Company", "Mesol”,“We”, “Us", or "Our"). It governs your use of the Letrifyplatform, including all associated applications, products, websites, andservices (collectively referred to as the "Letrify Platform" or “Letrify”).This Policy applies to all individuals (referred to as "U/users", "DataSubjects", or "Y/you") whose Personal Data is processed bythe Company.
The Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, anddisclose information related to Data Subjects. We encourage you to read itcarefully. By accessing the Letrify Platform and/or providing any personalinformation, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure ofyour Data as described herein.
We may update this Policy at our discretion to betterserve your interests. It is your responsibility to stay informed of anychanges, as continued use of the Letrify Platform constitutes your consent tothe amended Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, pleaserefrain from accessing, browsing, or registering for the Letrify Platform orusing any of its features.
Please note that failure to provide certain requiredinformation may prevent you from establishing a Member Account or accessingspecific products and services.
This Privacy Policy is binding and, by using orregistering with the Letrify Platform, you confirm your express or impliedconsent to its terms.
1. YOUR DATA:COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE
1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "PersonalData" refers to any information that can be used to identify anindividual, including but not limited to names, addresses, email addresses, andphone numbers. Additionally, "Sensitive Data" refers to informationthat poses a higher risk to an individual's privacy, such as health-relatedinformation, financial details, and personal identifiers [hereinafterreferred to as the “Data”].
1.2. We will only collect and process Personal Data incompliance with applicable laws and regulations. Information that does notqualify as Personal Data—such as data that cannot identify an individual or isaggregated and anonymized—is not subject to the privacy protections outlined inthis Policy.
1.3. This sectionprovides a brief overview of the Data collected on the Letrify Platform and thepurposes for which we collect it. Please note that our processing of your Datadepends on the information you choose to provide and the functionalities of ourservices/features that you utilize.
1.3.1.DetailedDescription of Data Processed is as below:
1.3.1.1. Personal Identifiers: We collect personal identifiers(such as your name, aliases, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, andphysical address) as you provide them to create and authenticate your MemberAccount. This information is also used to contact you regarding your requestsand your Member Account, as detailed in our Policy.
1.3.1.2. Government-Issued Identifications: We collect andprocess government-issued identification information (such as Social Securitynumbers, drivers license numbers, and passport numbers) as necessary to conductbackground checks. This helps verify your authenticity and facilitates thecreation of your Member Account. Such information may also be requested toensure the safety of the Letrify Platform and its users.
1.3.1.3. Financial Information: We collect and process financialinformation (such as credit card and banking details) provided by you, eitherdirectly through our services or via third-party service providers, in relationto any purchases made on the Letrify Platform or for any other lawful purpose.
1.3.1.4. Internet Activity Data: We collect data related to yourinternet activity (including browsing history, search history, and interactionswith our websites and apps) to monitor and ensure the proper operation of ourservices, improve and customize your user experience, update our services, andprovide de-identified statistical information to third parties.
1.3.1.5. Geolocation Data: If you choose to use location-based features of our services, wemay collect geolocation data regarding your physical location or movements tofacilitate our services and features effectively.
1.3.1.6. Employment and Education Information: We may collectand process professional or employment-related information and non-publiceducational information as necessary for background checks to verifyauthenticity and to facilitate the creation of your Member Account. Suchinformation may also be requested to ensure the safety of the Letrify Platformand its users.
1.3.1.7. Sensitive Information: If you choose to provide sensitiveinformation (including religious beliefs, national origin, sexual orientation,race, marital status, health-related information, genetic data, and similarsensitive data) through your use of our services, we may collect thisinformation for various purposes. These include providing customized featuresand ensuring a satisfactory user experience on the Letrify Platform, as well asfor internal analysis and statistical purposes or as mandated by any applicablelaws.
1.3.1.8. Third-Party Registrations: If you register for Letrify’sservices through third-party sites and provide personal information there(including text and images), we may collect that information as necessary.
1.3.1.9. Additional Personal Information: Any informationyou disclose about your hobbies, interests, educational background, profession,work experience, learning goals, and preferences is collected to help usrecommend suitable services and send you updates about Letrify’s offerings viaemail and other communication methods.
1.3.1.10. Communication Details: Any information shared during communications with us, includingparticipation in surveys, is collected and used for business purposes and used inaccordance with applicable laws. Correspondence: Any correspondence with Letrify’semployees through available communication channels.
1.3.1.11. Usage Information: We record data related to your use of the Letrify Platform and theservices purchased.
1.3.1.12. User Contribution Information: While using theLetrify Platform and your Member Account, we and third parties (per theirPrivacy Policies, as applicable) may collect, disclose, and store the followinginformation:
1.3.1.12.1. User Interactions: Any questions, posts, or comments you make onthe Letrify Platform on public forum or publicly visible, if such features areavailable.
1.3.1.12.2. Public Forum Contributions: Information shared on public forumsavailable on the Letrify Platform.
1.3.1.12.3. Content submitted to Letrify, including surveys, quizzes, feedback,and other documents provided voluntarily or upon request, including anycomments, posts, notes, communications, text, pictures, Member Account profileinformation of the user as per the features available (User Contributions).User Contributions (excluding to the extent kept private by customizing yourMember Account) may be published and displayed in public areas of the LetrifyPlatform, associated websites, and social media accounts. Your contributionswill be associated with your account as long as you do not delete them. Pleasebe aware that disclosing personal information in public forums may allow othersto collect and use that information. User Contributions are shared at your ownrisk, and we cannot guarantee that they will not be viewed or used byunauthorized parties. You acknowledge and agree to the risks inherent withrespect to any of your information made available publicly or on the publicforums of Letrify Platform and we will not be responsible for any consequencessuffered thereof by you arising from the User Contributions made availablepublicly either by you or by us as per this section. We can disclose, transmitand share the User Contribution Information as we deem appropriate to any partywhether associated or affiliated with us or not, without your consent pursuantto your waiver under the Terms of Use.
1.4. VisitorInformation Requests: We may request information from visitors interested in Letrify’sservices who consent to be contacted for further assistance. This informationmay include your name, contact number, email address, profession, country ofresidence, and address.
1.5. Third-Party Data Handling: We, along with any thirdparties (associated with us or not), may collect, use, transfer, and store yourData to the extent you provide it. It is your responsibility to read andunderstand the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third partiesbefore proceeding.
1.6. Implied Consent: We may collect all the Data outlinedabove as necessary and will use it for lawful purposes. By providing us withyour Data, you imply your consent for us to use, store, and transfer that Datain accordance with this Policy or as necessary.
1.7. Information collected upon accessing the Letrify Platformand Cookie Policy:
1.7.1.1. By agreeing to our Policy, you agree to theuse of cookies and similar technologies (for example without limitation, webbeacons, pixels, tags, and device identifiers, which we collectively refer toas “cookies”) as described in this Policy. If you use the Letrify Platformwithout changing your browser or device settings to disable cookies, we'llassume that you consent to receive all cookies provided through the LetrifyPlatform.
1.7.1.2. We use cookies to recognize you and/or yourdevice(s) on, off, and across the different applications of the LetrifyPlatform. Cookies help to facilitate the best possible user experience of the LetrifyPlatform as they allow us to recognize you and maintain your user preferencesfrom session to session, help us keep your account safe, and generally improvethe functionality of the products and services offered through the LetrifyPlatform. They also help us ensure that the Member information is used in associationwith the correct Member account.
1.7.1.3. We use cookies to collect details of youruse of the Letrify Platform (including traffic data, IP location data, logs,browser type, browser language, the functionality requested, and the timing ofyour requests), and other communication data and the resources that you access,use, and create on or through the Letrify Platform. We use this information toprovide a tailored Letrify experience for you and to communicate with you moreeffectively. The information is also collected to determine the aggregatenumber of unique devices using Letrify and/or parts of Letrify, track totalusage, analyze usage data, and improve Letrify functionality for all users. Wemay combine this information to provide you with a better experience and toimprove the quality of our service.
1.7.1.4. We generally maintain the data we collectfrom cookies for a period necessary by law or for technical reasons. Althoughmost internet browsers accept cookies by default, you can control cookiesthrough your browser settings and similar tools or refuse cookies altogether.If you refuse to accept cookies, you may be unable to access certain parts ofthe Letrify Platform, you will prohibit us from delivering the full capabilityof the Letrify Platform, and you may prevent the use of certain features andservices that require these technologies.
1.7.1.5. Letrify cannot regulate other sites,content, or applications linked or provided from within Letrify Platform or ourvarious other websites and services that are provided by third partiesassociated with us or not, including your device manufacturer, and your mobileservice provider. These third parties may place their own cookies or otherfiles on your computer/devices, collect data, or solicit personal informationfrom you. The information they collect may be associated with your personalinformation or they may collect information, including personal information,about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, andother online services. These third parties may use this information to provideyou with interest-based (behavioral) targeted content. We do not control thesethird parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have anyquestions about targeted content, you should contact the provider responsibledirectly.
1.7.1.6. Attribution providers: We may advertise LetrifyPlatform on third party sites such as Facebook and Google and use third-partysoftware development kits (“SDKs”) to attribute a download of Letrify Platform onto the advertisement placed on the third-party site. We do not sell yourpersonal information to any third parties nor allow our SDK service providersto sell your personal information to third parties or use your personalinformation to solicit the sale of third-party goods or services. We mayprovide these third parties with aggregate, de-identified informationconcerning ads placed on their sites and Letrify Platform downloads that resultfrom those ads.
1.7.1.7. Device ID, IP address and network access: Whenyou access or leave Letrify Platform, we receive the URL of both the site youcame from and the one you go to next. We also get information about your proxyserver, operating system, web browser and add-ons, device identifier andfeatures, and/or your ISP or mobile carrier when you use Letrify Platform. Wealso receive data from your devices and networks, including your IP address. Weuse the IP addresses we collect from our users to process them with publiclatitude and longitude information related to your Internet Service Provider ormobile service provider in order to determine, and in some instances, depict inan aggregate and de-identified manner, the approximate geographic region foreach instance of Letrify Platform use. This latitude and longitude informationis stored by us as necessary for troubleshooting and diagnostic purposes but isnever associated with any information about you or that would identify youpersonally.
1.7.1.8. We may also collect and use the wireless(or “WiFi”) permissions of your mobile device to determine if you are connectedto a WiFi or cellular network. This information is used to provide optimizeduser experience by providing higher resolution media to a user who is on ahigh-speed WiFi connection rather than a cellular network. WiFi permissions arealso used for casting content with Chromecast and similar devices. Thisinformation is not stored or shared by Letrify.
1.7.2.Our primary reasons for using these technologies andcookies are as follows:
1.7.2.1. We use necessary cookies for our systemadministration, security, and integrity and to ensure that the Letrify Platformfunctions properly for you. Few technologies and cookies are necessary andcannot be rejected if you wish to obtain and use our features or even access theLetrify Platform.
1.7.2.2. We may also use it for the purpose ofenabling analytics, performance and functionality, to help our Company gathercertain information on our visitors and users, to enhance your experience andunderstanding your needs.
1.7.2.3. For marketing purposes, we may trackcertain information upon your visit and as per allowed cookies by you.
1.7.3.We strive to comply with applicable data protectionlaws and regulations concerning the use of cookies on this site. However, weshall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, orpunitive damages arising from the use of cookies or the information collectedthrough them. By using the Letrify Platform, you acknowledge that we are notresponsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your personal dataresulting from your consent to the use of cookies. Users are encouraged tomanage their cookie preferences through their browser settings.
1.8. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA:
1.8.1.This Policy outlines the types of Data we collectthrough your interactions with the Letrify Platform and how we process thatinformation to enhance your experience. When you create a Letrify MemberAccount or use any of our applications or websites, the information we collectaims to provide you with a more personalized experience. Our company iscommitted to delivering clear, honest, and transparent information about thenature of the Data collected and its intended purposes when handling personaland/or sensitive data. We may use the Data collected for secondary purposes inaccordance with our internal protocols and/or to comply with legalrequirements, with or without prior consent, as permitted by the applicablelaws
1.8.2.Subject to your consent as per section 6.5 of thisPolicy, as we provide our services to you, we and our associated third parties(as per their respective privacy policy, if applicable; our associated thirdparties shall mean and include without limitation such parties who provide uswith certain services, support or collaboration subject to an signed agreementbetween us and such third party or whose services we have subscribed to as pertheir terms of use and privacy policy, or incorporated as our official mediumfor enabling any functionality feature or other features of Letrify Platform orLetrify Specific Service Providers) will collect, store, transmit, disclose,and utilize your Data for the following purposes. We use the Data that wegather about you, along with the information you provide and any inferences wederive from that information for the following purposes:
1.8.2.1. Account Management: To assist you in thecreation, maintenance, customization, and security of your Member Account with Letrify.
1.8.2.2. User Support: To provide assistance relatedto your use of the Letrify Platform and your Member account.
1.8.2.3. Promotional Communications: To keep youinformed about Letrify’s offers, promotions, and other relevant information viathe contact details you provide, such as your email address.
1.8.2.4. Subscription Notifications: If yousubscribe to Letrify’s services, such as newsletters or updates on newofferings, we may use your Data to notify you about these subscriptions.
1.8.2.5. Customer Database Development: To createand maintain a personal customer database and comply with internal policiesaimed at business growth.
1.8.2.6. Identity Verification: To verify youridentity as required.
1.8.2.7. Business Operations: To facilitate ourbusiness operations and marketing strategies.
1.8.2.8. Inquiry Response: To respond to yourinquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests.
1.8.2.9. Quality Assurance: For quality assurance,employee training, and performance evaluation, particularly regardingcommunications via our helpline.

1.8.2.15. Profile Visibility: To enable other usersof Letrify to view the information you have chosen to add to your profile,depending on your profile settings.
1.8.2.16. Functionality Support: To provide, support,and personalize the Letrify functionality you request.
1.8.2.17. Safety and Security: To maintain thesafety, security, and integrity of Letrify and the infrastructure supportingits use.
1.8.2.18. Internal Development: For developmentpurposes and internal analysis.
1.8.2.19. Other Purposes: To fulfill any otherpurpose for which you provide the information.
1.8.2.20. Obligation Fulfillment: To carry out ourobligations and enforce our rights under this Privacy Policy and our Terms ofUse.
1.8.2.21. Information Disclosure: Use in any otherway we may describe at the time you provide the information.
1.8.2.22. Consent-Based Use: For any other purposewith your consent.
1.9. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
1.9.1. Subject to obtaining your consent as per section 6.5of this Policy, We may share your Data with certain associated third parties asrequired. Please note that if the use and storage of your Data by these associatedthird parties are not governed by Letrify's privacy Policy, we will notify youto review their privacy policies before consenting to share your Data.Additionally, certain services offered by Letrify may only be accessible uponyour consent to share your Data with necessary and or associated third parties.
1.9.2. Types of necessary or associated Third Parties: Suchthird parties may include, but are not limited to:
1.9.2.1. Payment service providers;
1.9.2.2. ID verification partners;
1.9.2.3. Employees and customer relationshipmanagement service partners/staff;
1.9.2.4. Customer care representatives and servicesoftware providers;
1.9.2.5. File storage managers;
1.9.2.6. Marketing agencies and third-party reviewpartners; and
1.9.2.7. Affiliates and group companies of Letrifyand Third Parties.
1.9.2.8. In the case of business transactions, suchas the sale or purchase of assets, we may disclose your Data to prospectivebuyers or sellers who will be obligated to use and store your Data inaccordance with this Policy. We may also disclose your Data to governmentalauthorities or other entities to comply with legal obligations, cooperate incrime prevention, or fulfill court orders.
1.9.3.Third-Party Websites: If you are directed tothird-party websites while using Letrify Platform, you are responsible forreviewing and engaging with those sites in accordance with their privacypolicies. If you access or use any other non-associated third parties through LetrifyPlatform, you shall be responsible for reading their terms of use and privacypolicies before disclosing any of your Data to such third parties.
1.9.4.Advertising Disclosure: We do not sell or share your personalData with third-party advertisers or ad networks for advertising purposes. Wemay disclose your personal information to associated third parties to processinformation as described above and to enable us to provide Letrify services.
1.9.5.Disclosure on Your Behalf: We may disclose the Datathat we collect from you as described in this Policy to fulfill our obligationsunder our Terms of Use, to achieve the purpose for which you provided it, orfor any other purpose you request at the time of providing the information.
1.9.6.Disclosure by You: When you share information through Letrify,that information is viewable by you and anyone else you choose to share itwith. If you grant access to your Letrify account to other applications andservices, those services will have access to your shared information. The use,collection, and protection of your Data by such third-party services aresubject to their respective policies.
1.9.7.Internal Disclosure: We will process your Datainternally within Letrify and its affiliates to integrate personal informationacross different aspects of Letrify and our other products and services,ensuring a personalized and useful experience.
1.9.8.Service Providers and Locations-associated thirdparties: We may disclose the Data that we collect, or you provide tocontractors, service providers, and other associated third parties who support Letrify'soperations and functionalities of any features or the Platform (such as cloudhosting, maintenance, analysis, payment processing, and fraud detection, etc).We may combine the information we have with data from these service providersto facilitate their support. For instance, platforms used to send emails andnotifications are managed by third parties, ensuring your information is sentsecurely to provide necessary functionality. We may also share aggregated,de-identified information about interactions by Letrify users with associatedor non-associated third parties. As mentioned earlier, only upon your consentthe Data collected shall be shared with Letrify’s associated third parties, asapplicable, in cases where such associated third parties of Letrify are notgoverned by this Policy but as per their respective policies and terms of useprovided you consent to their respective policies and terms of use.
1.9.9.Content and Service Providers: Our ability to offerdifferent features and in various languages may be subject to agreements withcertain service providers, referred to as "Letrify Specific Service Providers."Some of these agreements require us to share your name, email address, andcountry with the Letrify Specific Service Providers.
1.9.10. Legal Obligations: We may need to disclose informationabout you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes. We willattempt to notify you about legal demands for your Data when appropriate,unless prohibited by law or court order, or if the request is urgent. We maycontest demands that appear overly broad, vague, or lack proper authority, butwe do not guarantee that we will challenge every request. Additionally, we maydisclose your information if we believe it is necessary to:
1.9.10.1. Investigate, prevent, or take actionregarding suspected illegal activities or assist law enforcement.
1.9.10.2. Enforce our agreements with you.
1.9.10.3. Investigate and defend against third-partyclaims or allegations.
1.9.10.4. protect the security and integrity of Letrify.
1.9.10.5. Safeguard the rights and safety of Letrify,its users, personnel, or others.
2. LEGAL BASIS ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
2.1. In accordance with globally accepted data protectionlaws, the collection of Data must be based on lawful and fair reasons, obtainedtransparently. The Company is committed to collecting, processing, and usingData from its Data Subjects in alignment with widely recognized principles,including lawfulness, fairness, consent, contractual necessity, transparency,confidentiality, data protection, limited retention, accuracy, and specifiedpurpose.
2.2. The Company acknowledges that the Data or any other informationcollected under this Policy may be collected and used as per the Use of Datamentioned under this Policy based on one or more of the following criteria:
2.2.1.Consent of the Data Subject;
2.2.2.For legitimate interest or legal obligation, it mayinclude conducting our day-to-day business operation, building relationshipwith our service providers/collaborators, delivering high quality of customerservice, for our business development, to discharge our contractualobligations, or for the purpose of performance of contract, and to efficientlyoperate our Letrify Platform, or due to any legal obligation; or
2.2.3.For specific purposes including without limitation suchas if the collection of Data is necessary to fulfil our obligations under anycontract with you, including providing you with access to Letrify’s services,for which you have paid the fees and purchased subject to the terms andconditions on Letrify Platform.
3. TRANSFER OR TRANSMISSION OF DATA COLLECTED
3.1. Any transfer or transmission of the Data collected torecipients outside or inside the Company is subject to the authorizationrequirements for processing Data as provided under this Policy and requires theconsent of the Data subject as applicable under this Policy. However, thisrequirement is not on or include the permitted collection, storage, use and Disclosuresmentioned in this Policy which is deemed impliedly accepted by the user uponaccessing, using, registering on the Letrify Platform.
3.2. Except if transferred as per this Policy, in the circumstancesof any Data that is transmitted to a recipient outside the Company, suchrecipient must covenant to implement and abide by data protection equivalent tothis Policy, unless such transmission is made pursuant to any statutorymandates or obligations.
4. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS AND REQUESTS
4.1. Pursuant to the applicable laws, the Data Subjectshall be entitled to exercise the following rights or make the following requestswith respect to their Data provided to the Company:
4.1.1.Withdraw Consent: In the circumstance where the Company requires the consent of the DataSubjects, Data Subjects shall have the right to give their consent or denytheir consent for disclosing such Data as requested by the Company, unless suchData is required pursuant to any statutory provision, where the consent of theData Subjects is not mandatory.
4.1.2.Rectification: Data Subjects shall have the right to rectify and correct anyinaccurate or incomplete Data.
4.1.3.Right to Access: Data Subjects may request copies of their Data provided to us,including information on how it has been used and processed.
4.1.4.Right to be Informed: Data Subjects have the right to be informed about how their Data iscollected and processed, in accordance with the principle of transparency.
4.1.5.Right to Erasure or Forgotten: Data Subjects may request the deletion of their Dataif it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, if consent iswithdrawn (where applicable), or if the processing is unlawful.
4.1.6.Right to Data Portability: In certain circumstances, Data Subjects may request acopy of their Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable formatfor transfer to a third party.
4.1.7.Right to Restrict Processing: Data Subjects may ask the Company to restrictprocessing their Data if it is inaccurate, if processing is unlawful, or if itis no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected.

4.1.12. Right to be Notified of Data Breaches: Data Subjects have the right to be informed of anypersonal data breaches that may pose a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY, INTERGRITY ANDCONFIDENTIALITY OF PROCESSING
5.1. All of your Data will be securely stored on ourservers. Upon registration, you will be prompted to create a password to accessyour Member Account and its contents. It is your responsibility to keep yourlogin credentials confidential. We advise against sharing this information;should you choose to do so, you do so at your own risk, and Letrify will not beliable for any consequences.
5.2. The Company is committed to implementing reasonablesecurity measures to protect your Data from unauthorized access, use,disclosure, duplication, reproduction, and storage. However, we cannotguarantee complete security against all threats, including potential attacksfrom viruses, malware, trojans, spyware, or adware. Therefore, it is importantfor you to understand the risks associated with providing your Data to us.

Websites featuring co-branding (showing our name alongside athird party’s name) contain content provided by the third party and not by us. Ifyou link Letrify with other websites, applications, or services, you will shareany personal data stored on those platforms with Letrify. For instance, if youcreate a new Letrify Membership account by linking your Facebook account, youwill provide personal information that you have opted to share throughFacebook. You may revoke this link by adjusting your settings within thoseapplications.
6.4. Letrify may engage certain associated third parties tosupport and facilitate the operations of the Letrify Platform. In these cases,we will notify users of the applicable privacy policies of the respective thirdparties regarding any Data that may need to be disclosed. It is the user’sresponsibility to carefully review these policies before proceeding. Letrifywill manage the Data shared with third parties covered under this Policy. Usersmay also encounter links to both associated and non-associated third parties.For any such associated or non-associated third party’s links, external linksor websites not affiliated with Letrify or fall under the governance of thisPolicy, users are solely responsible for reviewing the relevant privacypolicies and terms of use before sharing any Data. Letrify will not be liablefor any consequences arising from such disclosures.

Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in thisPolicy, and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, Mesol reserves theright to use and disclose Data or any other collected information without theconsent of the Data Subject, as allowed by law. For clarity, by accessing,viewing, or registering with Letrify, or by agreeing to the User ConsentAgreement, the user provides explicit and implied consent as required by law forMesol to collect, store, use, and disclose Data or any other information in accordancewith this Policy, without the need for additional consent, except as requiredby law or as implemented by Letrify on its platform.
7. DECLARATIONS BY COMPANY
7.1. This version of the Policy does not supersede orreplace any prior consent that the Data Subject may have given to the Companyregarding their Data. It is important to note that the consents provided hereinare in addition to any and all rights the Company may have under applicablelaws to collect, use, or disclose the Data Subject's Data.

10.1. If the Data Subject provides the Companywith any Personal and Sensitive Data regarding a third party (e.g., spouse,family, children, employees, employers, representatives), the Data Subjectconfirms that prior consent from that third party has been obtained beforesubmitting such data to the Company.

By agreeing to these Policy andusing Letrify, you waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdictionover you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
12.2. Letrify operates out of emirate of Dubai,UAE, and your use of Letrify and this Policy is governed by the laws of the UAEand the Emirate of Dubai. If you are accessing Letrify from outside the UAE,please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, andprocessed in the UAE, where our servers are located. We process Data bothdomestically and internationally and rely on contractual agreements withcompanies that transfer personal Data to ensure its protection and security.The data protection laws in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE and other jurisdictionsmay not be as comprehensive as those in your region. By using Letrify, youconsent to the transfer of your information to our facilities and those ofthird parties with whom we share it, as outlined in this Policy.
