Welcome to Letrify.
DEFINITIONS
The term “User/user” shall mean to include any person,who browses, visits, uses, accesses Letrify.
The term “You” or “you” shall mean any person/entity,who visits, or browses, or explores, or accesses, or uses, or views, or registerson Letrify.
The terms “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Company” shallmean to indicate MESOL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, Letrify, and its affiliates as defined below.
MESOL or Letrify, shall mean to include Mesol as awhole, including Letrify platform and features, its employees, operators,staff, partners, directors, shareholders, representatives or any other groupcompanies or persons associated with Mesol or Letrify. Reference to Letrify shallmean and include Mesol and vice versa.
Acceptance ofthese Terms
By accessingand using Letrify sites,services, and mobile applications—including any associated or generatedapplications and downloadable software (together “Letrify”)—youacknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with theseTerms. This applies whether you are a guest or a registered user. We encourageyou to read these Terms and the Letrify Privacy Policy thoroughly before using Letrify.
If you do notagree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must refrain from accessingor using Letrify.
Changes to theTerms
Letrify isoffered by MESOL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C (“Mesol”, “we” or “us”).We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretionwithout any prior notice to you. Any changes are effective when we post them.Your continued use of Letrify following the posting of revised Terms means thatyou accept and irrevocably agree to the changes.
Where Letrify hasprovided you with a translation other than the English language version of theTerms of Use, then you agree that the translation is provided for yourconvenience only and that the English language version of the Terms of Use willgovern your relationship with Letrify. If there is any contradiction betweenwhat the English language version of the Terms of Use says and what atranslation says, then the English language version shall take precedence. ThePrivacy Policy of Letrify shall be readin conjunction with these Terms of Use.
Changes to Letrify
While we hopeto always offer Letrify and all of itsfeatures, we reserve the right to change or cease offering Letrify or any part portion or functionalityof Letrify without notice.We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Letrify is unavailable at any time.
InformationAbout You and Your Access of Letrify
All informationwe collect on or through Letrify is subject to our Privacy Policy. Byusing Letrify, you consent to all actions takenby us in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
Permitted andUnpermitted Use
You may use Letrifyin accordance with these Terms for either your personal and non-commercial useor for the internal use of your non-profit religious organization. All rightsnot expressly granted to you are reserved by Mesol. You agree to comply withbelow permitted and unpermitted terms of use of Letrify:
· Your use of Letrify is strictly for personal andnon-commercial purposes. You agree to use Letrify for lawful activities and torefrain from using it in any fraudulent or illegal manner, or in any way thatcould harm Letrify’s reputation, goodwill, or cause financial damage to us orany third party.
· You agree to be strictly prohibited from directly orindirectly decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, copying,reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, publishing,licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, selling, or removingany copyright, trademark registration, or other intellectual property rights ornotices associated with Letrify, whether or not explicitly stated herein.
· You agree to not use Letrify to engage in or promote anyactivity which amounts to, misrepresentation, misleading, endangering of one’slife, harmful, coercive, threatening, deceptive, harassment, illegal,defamatory, abusive, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, lewd, pornographic,tortious, libelous, infringement of other’s privacy, discriminatory, unethical,immoral, and/or for any money laundering or gambling purposes and for othersuch objectionable manner/purpose;
· You agree to refrain from posting, transmitting, promoting,or making available any content or material that contains viruses, Trojanhorses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful computerprograms, routines, codes, or files and any content that has the potential todamage Letrify, infringe on the rights and interests of other users (registeredor unregistered), or affect the functionality of any computer software,hardware, or telecommunications. Additionally, you will not engage inactivities that may violate the data protection and privacy rights of Letrify,its users (registered or unregistered), or any third party.
· You agree to not promote or engage in any form ofadvertising, commercial solicitation, or business solicitation of any kind, norrequire monetary investment from any individual using or accessing Letrify or conductingany such activities through Letrify.
· You agree to not use Letrify to impersonate any personor entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with aperson or entity.
· You agree to not use, promote, or post any content on Letrifyfor the purpose of stalking, intimidating and/or harassing another and/orprovoking others to commit any criminal offence or compel any User to sharetheir personal details with you.
· You agree to not engage in or promote any activitythat amounts to infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights of Letrify, orof any third party, or any other user of Letrify whether registered orunregistered.
· You agree not to use or promote deep links, pagescraping, robots, spiders, or any other automated devices, programs,algorithms, or similar manual processes to increase traffic to Letrify, access,acquire, copy, or monitor any portions of Letrify, reproduce or attempt toreproduce, or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of Letrify.Additionally, you agree to not obtain or attempt to obtain any content,documents, or information through any means not explicitly made availablethrough Letrify.
· You agree to not attempt to gain access to Letrify inany manner not explicitly provided by Letrify. Furthermore, you agree to not promoteor commit any action/omission which would disrupt or interfere with thesecurity of Letrify, cause harm to it, or gain unauthorized access to useraccounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through Letrifyor any of its affiliated or linked sites.
· You agree to not promote or commit any action/omissionwhich would hinder or interfere with any other person’s use or enjoyment of Letrifyand its affiliated links/sites.
· You agree not to intentionally orunintentionally interfere with or disrupt the services and features provided byLetrify, nor to violate any applicable laws and regulations pertaining to youraccess to or use of Letrify.
· You agree to respect the privacy of allusers and shall not attempt to obtain personal information about other users inan unauthorized manner. Harassment of any user to compel them to interact orcommunicate with you through Letrify is strictly prohibited.
· You agree to not attempt to alter, modify,or access any part of Letrify through unauthorized means, and you agree toutilize only the access methods provided by Letrify.
· You agree not to manipulate headers oridentifiers in a manner that conceals the origin of any communicationstransmitted through the Letrify.
· You agree to comply with these Termsconcerning your User Contributions
· You agree to use the Letrify solely forpermitted purposes as outlined in these Terms and in accordance with applicablelaws, regulations, and generally accepted practices in the relevantjurisdiction. In particular, you agree to not using the services in any mannerthat contravenes federal, state, local, or international laws applicable toyour jurisdiction or any relevant jurisdiction related to Letrify.
· You shall not violate or attempt to violateany Terms outlined herein, to which you have consented to be legally bound byvisiting, browsing, or registering for Letrify and its services/features.
· You shall not promote sexually explicit orpornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex,religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to hold youaccountable for any breaches of Terms that may not be expressly stated here butare deemed illegal, unethical, immoral, or invasive of privacy. If you breachany of the Terms outlined herein, without prejudice to all our other rights andremedies, we reserve the right, without liability for compensation or refunds,to terminate your user account or block your access to Letrify at ourdiscretion. However, you may contact us for further clarification regardingthese matters. We may, at our sole discretion, restore your user account oraccess to Letrify.
You further acknowledge that, while we strive tomaintain high standards for our services/features, there may be instances whereyou encounter content or information from third-party partners, links, or otherservice providers or users of Letrify that could be factually inaccurate,misleading, offensive if taken out of context, indecent to certain audiences,or otherwise objectionable. We shall not be held responsible for any claimsrelated to such content.
UserContributions
Letrify mayoffer interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display,or transmit content or materials (collectively referred to as “UserContributions”) to other users or third parties or on the Letrify Platform.However, we do not commit to reviewing User Contributions or any othermaterials prior to posting, and we cannot guarantee the immediate removal ofobjectionable content once published. Consequently, we accept no liability forany actions or omissions related to transmissions, communications, or contentprovided by any user or third party.
All UserContributions must comply with these Terms. By submitting any User Contributionthrough Letrify, you grant us, our service providers, and our respectivelicensees, successors, and assigns an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual,royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, reproduce,modify, edit, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display (to the extent it isnot protected by your privacy option if made available by Letrify at the time ofmaking your User Contribution available on Letrify), and disclose such materialto third parties for the operation of Letrify. This includes the right tosublicense these rights as necessary for the platform's functionality. We mayshare your User Contributions with affiliated organizations, companies, orindividuals as described herein.
We reserve theright to remove any User Contributions at any time and for any reason, withoutprior notice. You agree to waive any rights of privacy, publicity, disclosure,or similar rights concerning all such uses as referred in this section, to theextent permitted by applicable law. Any actions taken pursuant to this section shallexempt us from all liabilities and responsibilities towards you. Furthermore,you acknowledge that we are not obligated to provide any compensation for theuse of your User Contributions as outlined in these Terms.
You representand warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Contributions andhave the authority to grant this license. You also confirm that your UserContributions comply with these Terms. We are not responsible for the contentor accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of Letrify.For clarity, "User Contributions" excludes any content embodying Letrify’sIntellectual Property Rights, or any content provided by Letrify, which areprotected under applicable Intellectual Property Laws.
UserContribution Information: While using the Letrify Platform and your Member Account, we andthird parties (per their Privacy Policies, as applicable) may collect and storethe following information:
UserInteractions: Any questions, posts, or comments you make on the LetrifyPlatform on public forum or publicly visible, if such features are available.
Public ForumContributions: Information shared on public forums available on the LetrifyPlatform.
Contentsubmitted to Letrify, including surveys, quizzes, feedback, and other documentsprovided voluntarily or upon request, including any comments, posts, notes,communications, text, pictures, Member Account profile information of the useras per the features available (User Contributions). User Contributions (excludingto the extent kept private by customizing your Member Account) may be publishedand displayed in public areas of the Letrify Platform, associated websites, andsocial media accounts. Your contributions will be associated with your accountas long as you do not delete them. Please be aware that disclosing personalinformation in public forums may allow others to collect and use thatinformation. User Contributions are shared at your own risk, and we cannotguarantee that they will not be viewed or used by unauthorized parties. Youacknowledge and agree to the risks inherent with respect to any of yourinformation made available on the public forums of Letrify Platform and we willnot be responsible for any consequences suffered thereof by you arising fromthe User Contributions made available publicly either by you or by us as perthis section.
Representationsand Warranties
By providingthe above license, you represent and warrant that:
- You possessall necessary rights, licenses, and clearances to provide User Contributionsand permit us to use and publish them as described.
- Your UserContributions are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You areresponsible for any third-party fees related to the provision, publication, anduse of your User Contributions.
- The use orpublication of your User Contributions does not infringe or misappropriate anythird-party rights, nor does it constitute a fraudulent or misleading statementor misrepresentation.
- At the timeof submitting any User Contribution on Letrify or your Member Account, youagree to comply with all applicable laws, including those governing your onlineconduct and acceptable content, as well as laws related to the transmission ofany technical data exported from your country of residence.
CommunicationMethods
We may provideyou with the ability to post notes, replies, participate in surveys,discussions, or communicate with us or third-party service providers. You agreeto use the communication methods provided by us solely for sendingcommunications and materials related to the subject matter for which thesemethods were made available. Your communications are governed by these Termsand our policies.
Acknowledgmentof Communication Methods
By using thecommunication methods available on the Letrify and your Member Account, youacknowledge and agree that:
Communicationssent to or received by third-party service providers or other third parties arenot endorsed, sponsored, or approved by us in any manner;
You acknowledgeand agree that the communication methods provided (including, but not limitedto, chat room services) may be monitored or recorded for quality controlpurposes, and that any information or material shared as part of these servicesis provided under these Terms for informational purposes only.
Member AccountCreation & Security
Letrify allowsusers to create an account (“Member Account”) by providing certaininformation to us. If you choose or are assigned a username, password, orsimilar credentials as part of our security procedures, you agree to treat thisinformation as confidential. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorizedaccess or use of your username or password, as well as any other securitybreaches. We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or otheridentifier, whether selected by you or assigned by us, at any time if webelieve you have violated any provision of these Terms.
Creating aMember Account is necessary to access certain features of Letrify. To set upyour account, you will need to provide personal information, including but notlimited to your name, email address, and password, which will be collected andmaintained in accordance with our Privacy Policies. During the account setupprocess, you may also be prompted to enter additional information, such as yourdate of birth and location, to help us tailor our services to your needs. Onceyour Member Account is successfully created, you may customize your profilepage as permitted by Letrify. However, you must comply with any mandatoryMember Account settings as instructed by Letrify to fully utilize your account.Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in restricted access to Letrify'sfeatures.
Upon successfulcreation of your Member Account, you will log in using your username andpassword, which will grant you access to all features and services available onLetrify. You agree not to share your Member Account details; any sharing isdone at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that all informationprovided for your Member Account is accurate, current, and complete, and youwill update it as necessary.
You are fullyresponsible for your Member Account and any activities that occur within it,including any harm or damage caused by its use, whether authorized orunauthorized. You must keep your login credentials confidential and protectthem from disclosure. Sharing your account details is generally prohibited;however, if you do so, you will be liable for any consequences arising fromthis action, and Letrify will not be involved in disputes resulting from suchdisclosures. You shall indemnify Letrify against any claims arising from yourfailure to safeguard your account credentials.
If you suspectthat someone else is using your account without permission, you must notify usimmediately at [supportdetails]. We will provide reasonable assistance to recover your account,for which your cooperation will be required.
Accessing andusing our features on Letrify—whether through purchase, fees, or freeaccess—does not grant you any ownership of the Intellectual Property Rightsassociated with those features, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.Your rights to use Letrify features are non-transferable, non-exclusive, andintended solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with theseTerms and any applicable restrictions. All other uses are strictly prohibited.Specifically, you are prohibited from downloading, storing, reproducing,transmitting, recording, distributing, sublicensing, renting, sharing,modifying, adapting, editing, creating derivative works from, or otherwisetransferring any content from Letrify without prior consent.
You must adhereto all copyright notices and restrictions on the Letrify and shall not removeany legal or proprietary notices.
Monitoring andEnforcement; Legal Compliance; Termination
You agree thatwe have the right to:
Withoutlimiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any lawenforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclosethe identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or throughLetrify. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS MESOL AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITSLICENSEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, ANDDIRECTORS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY OF THEFOREGOING PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF LEGAL INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANYACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER MESOL OR LAWENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
Your Relianceon Information
The informationpresented on or through Letrify is made available solely for generalinformation purposes. Although we strive to provide information found on Letrifyin various languages (if available only), translations to languages other thanEnglish of Letrify content are provided to us by other parties and we do notrepresent or warrant the accuracy of those translations. We do not warrant theaccuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance youplace on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim allliability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materialsby you or any other visitor to Letrify, or by anyone who may be informed of anyof its contents.
IntellectualProperty Rights
Letrify and itscontents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to allinformation, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and thedesign, selection, and arrangement of the same), are owned by MESOL, itslicensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United ArabEmirates and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, andother intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Logos andDesigns
The Letrifyname and logo, Company/Mesol name and logo, and all related names, logos,product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks and/or copyrightof MESOL. You must not use these marks and copyright without the prior writtenpermission of MESOL. All other names, logos, product and service names,designs, and slogans on Letrify are the trademarks of their respective owners.
CopyrightInfringement
If you believethat any User Contributions or other content provided on Letrify violates yourcopyright or other rights, please contact our designated agent by: (a) mail at MesolInformation Technology L.L.C, API World Tower Ground, Floor Office 323 SheikhZayed Road, Dubai P.O. Box 414494 (b) phone at +9714 528 0698– 323; or (c) electronic mail at info@mesol.me. Please be aware that it is the policy of MESOL to terminate the MemberAccounts of repeat infringers.

Letrify mayinclude content or links to other sites or resources provided by third parties.We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept noresponsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your useof them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to Letrify,you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions ofuse for such websites. All statements and/or opinions expressed in thesematerials, and all articles and responses to questions and other content, otherthan the content provided by MESOL, are solely the opinions and theresponsibility of the person or entity providing those materials. Thesematerials do not necessarily reflect the opinion of MESOL. We are notresponsible or liable to you or any third party for the content or accuracy ofany materials provided by any third parties.

Indemnification
You agree todefend, indemnify, and hold harmless MESOL, its affiliates, licensors, andservice providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees,contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from andagainst any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs,expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of orrelating to your violation of these Terms or your use of Letrify including, butnot limited to, your User Contributions, any use of Letrify content, services,and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use ofany information obtained from Letrify
Governing Lawand Jurisdiction
All matters,disputes, or claims relating to Letrify and these Terms (includingnon-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates without giving effect to anychoice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action orproceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or Letrify shall beinstituted exclusively in the courts of UAE. By agreeing to these Terms andusing Letrify, you waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdictionover you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Reserved Rightsof Mesol
We reserve the right to amend,modify, revise, or delete any part of Letrify, including its content and yourMember Account, at any time, without liability to you, to the extent permittedby law.
Additionally, we may terminate yourMember Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reasons we findappropriate. We also reserve the right to permanently close Letrify without anyliability towards you.
We are not responsible for anytemporary inaccessibility of Letrify and its features due to technical issues.
Furthermore, we may introduce feesor subscription models for accessing Letrify features and services at any time,without prior notice, and may suspend any features that are currently availablefor free.
All rights of Mesol not explicitlyaddressed herein are expressly reserved. These Terms do not prejudice any otherrights or remedies available to Mesol, all of which are preserved. Any actionstaken by Mesol in accordance with applicable laws, even if not specificallycovered by these Terms, shall not constitute a breach of the user's rights.Consequently, Mesol shall be exempt from any liability arising from suchactions.
OTHERMISCELLANEOUS TERMS
Severability:To the extent possible, each provision of these Terms shall be interpreted insuch a manner as to be, effective and valid under Applicable Law. However, inthe circumstances if any of the provisions under these Terms is held to beinvalid or unenforceable with respect to certain aspects or circumstances, itshall nevertheless remain in full force and effect in all other aspects andcircumstances. In the circumstance any of the provision of these Terms isdeemed to be invalid and contrary to law by a final, binding judgement, thensuch provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, but every otherprovision hereof shall remain in full force and effect. MESOL may with respectto such severed provision include any other substitute provision reflecting theoriginal intent of MESOL as that of the severed provision and such substituteprovision shall be deemed to be part of these Terms to the extent permissibleunder the Applicable Law.

Further Clarification: For clarity, by accessing, viewing, or registering with Letrify, or byagreeing to the User Consent Agreement, the user provides explicit and impliedconsent as required by law for Mesol to collect, store, use, and disclose Dataor any other information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, without theneed for additional consent, except as required by law or as implemented by Letrifyon its platform, including confirms its obligation to be legally bound by theseTerms.

By visiting, using,accessing, or registering on Letrify, you acknowledge and agree to provide yourimplied consent to be legally bound by these Terms.
You understandand agree that MESOL is not responsible or liable for any consequences sufferedby you, including those arising from safety breaches, unlawful activities, orviolations of these Terms.
